It's very sad that they have let this place fall into disrepair. The outside is crumbling, most of the doors don't work, dying plants in the benches, chipped tiles, scratched windows, weird homeless and drug people hanging around the empty place, and 99% of the stores are closed. They only have Kay jewelers, a tiny clairs, kohl's, a dumpy overpriced pizzs place with miserable staff, and jc penny left. read more
