Makenna and her team are amazing! Not only did they help me through the entire insurance assessment and adjustment process but they did a fantastic job on my kitchen repair and remodel. They also had to deal with a contentious grouchy roommate of mine while I was at work who tried to make their jobs more difficult throughout the entire process. She even went so far as to try and write a bad review about them and trash me in the process! Her team was very professional and handled the situation perfectly well.
