Great ambience in this open-air patio with a bar and tables for parties of 2-4. I parked at the Galleria and walked over to the Americana on a Saturday at 5:30pm. Due to the limited table space, there was a wait of about 10-15 minutes. Luckily, my friend and I were seated in the shaded booth against the vibrant plant wall. Cue the 20-minute photo session! Our server was hilarious and joked that she didn't want to hear us complain about the food being cold.
- Build Your Own Gin and Tonic ($16-21 depending on your choice of gin). I think I did the Amass Dry Gin with elderflower tonic and lemon + rosemary garnish. It was aesthetic and yummy.
- Insalata di Barbabietole / Beet salad ($15.35). Tasty, and they did not skimp on the toppings. Mixed greens, roasted red and golden beets, blue cheese, candied pecans, green apples, and balsamic vinaigrette. I don't usually like beets, so I was pleasantly surprised that I preferred the golden beets.
- Rigatoni alla Norcina / Creamy pasta with sausage ($18.95). Creamy and umami sauce with plenty of crumbled sausage and mushrooms. The fresh rigatoni was chewy, but some pieces were too al dente for me. read more
