We have taken our dog, Theo, to On Command for years. Theo always comes home very happy & cared for! I also appreciate how the staff always remember him on sight, he seems truly loved here.
I was inspired to write this review after my most recent experience with On Command. While we usually take Theo here for boarding, we are currently on a month long vacation and thought it would be nice for him to stay home during that time with a Rover sitter. However, the sitter ended up neglecting him for the first four days of our vacation. On Command was SO wonderful to assist us in finding a room last minute for Theo and coordinating with one of our friends on drop off. I highly HIGHLY recommend On Command to take care of your pup. read more
