I love coming to this studio while I'm in south florida. All the instructors are great and their playlist! I definitely recommend bringing your own towel because you will be dripping in sweat The studio doesn't have a strict socks policy but I do prefer to wear socks for better grip and sanitary purposes. Parking is easy to find. Definitely one of my fav Hot Mat Pilates Studio in Delray. read more
