I've been here a few times with barely any concerns on my end. I went in today to get my nails done with my friend and I was shocked I got Kevin. I have heard everyone raving about how amazing he is and I know people will only book with him. Everything is going well I am getting my SNS mani and pedi and then they realize instead of the hot pink I had chosen he had grabbed the wrong shade and it was candy apple red but had already done the dips. Instead of asking if I wanted to keep the red or start over and do the color I chose they just asked me if I wanted hot pink toes or red toes....he openly admitted that instead of 240 he had grabbed the 140 shade. I said I guess I'll go with red...then when I was checking out I asked for discounted service since it was the wrong color and they were the ones who messed up....they gave me $5 off.... I am more upset about the principle and not offering to fix their mistake and then only offering a $5 discount. read more
