I hired One Sixth Construction to put a roof and window on my shed. I was so happy with their work I asked for a bid to replace the south wall siding which was showing a lot of wear. While inspecting the wall to give us a price, Chan found serious damage to the foundation of our wall. We had had an ant issue 16 years ago but they had been eradicated. I gave it no thought after that. Turns out both the south side and north side of our house was extremely damaged and had to be completely replaced. The sil plate supporting the weight of our house was so rotten we could put our finger through it. After crying a lot, Chan created a plan and his company went to work. There have been lots of hiccups that is 50 years old. I have wanted to give up, which I'm sure these guys did too but their work ethic is extremely high. They have kept me informed and involved at every step of this process. I have cried a lot but have known my house is in good hands. I highly recommend One Sixth Construction for small to large jobs.
