One Third is an Asian restaurant that specializes in Japanese, Chinese, and Thai. It's located in Bethlehem in a small strip mall off of Linden St. This place got great reviews, but I wasn't impressed. The food is average, prices are expensive, and portions are small. The staff is friendly, but during peak hours service is slow. The one item I would order again would be the Mexican Roll. It's made with shrimp tempura, crab, cucumber topped with avocado, spicy mayo, hot chili, and eel sauce. Delicious! Curbside pickup and delivery are both available. BYOB!
