Grew up in the west my whole life and Miles/Mike's bakery was the only of its kind that lasted. When they closed, I was super bummed. However....Oni Onoz opened the bakery side right back up and, dare I say, mastered every recipe better than I've ever had!!! The dough is so fluffy with a slight crisp. Textures of all the frostings are on point. The napoleons, which have always been my favorite, and gigantic now with so much filling. I'm over the moon!
