I contacted Onyx letting them know my husband and I would be driving up to NH from MA ( 2 hrs) to take a look at a 2011 gmc Sierra 2500 HD. It was listed as 16, 995. We get there to look at the truck and the guy Bob says it is 19, 000....i said No..it is 16, 995 on car gurus as well as your website. He says Oh okay! Well my husband says where are the plow plates and the wiring that were on this truck? He says oh...we bought it this way....ummmmm no you didn' t. The pictures of this truck that are taken in your lot with your building in the background show it clearly has plow plates. Well...the guy denied it. The fog lights were ripped out as well causing the bumper to be cracked. Also looked under the truck and the muffler was zip tied.....really? We asked the guy Bob about the muffler and he said yeah...you would need a new one. Well my husband says this truck is nothing like you guys listed ...are you willing to go down on the price since it was being sold at this price with false advertisement basically. The guy says no...I dont even want to sell it for 16, 995. WTF KIND OF DEALER IS THIS!
