I've come to Op Nails for over a year. I brought a friend with me this time. It was her first time ever getting her nails done and she had unsteady hands which really upset the man doing her nails so much so he was tugging on her hand the whole time. She was so nice and kept saying "I'm sorry it's just that it's my first time". But he was not listening. Though he did alright on her nails, I've seen several other reviews saying they don't cover the whole nail when they do gel which is what she had and same was true for her.
