Absolutely delicious fresh fish! I have high expectations when it comes to sushi but this blew me away in quality. Especially for the price point. I'm convinced this is the best Sashimi/Nigiri you will find in Chicago. Speciality rolls were full of unique flavors and textures too. We really enjoyed the "surf and turf" and the Salmon roll with crispy skin. The sushi rice alone is delicious with the perfect texture and flavor. Not too wet Service was amazing thank to Jason. Really helped guide us and create an experience. Very excited to come back and bring friends.
