I have been a proponent of this healing modality for many years. I've had acupuncture in South Korea as well as in Los Angeles. Both from Chinese and Korean doctors. They have tremendous experience as well and have helped me with chronic back pain since a childhood accident. That is a distant memory now. I've lived in Utah county for the last 7 years, and for the last 4, I had not found a acupuncturist that could provide me the level of attention and service that I could in LA. When I would travel to LA, I would see an acupuncturist in Koreatown or in Southern Pasadena, in the same complex as the Pasadena Huntington Hospital and Medical Center. Now, that I've been treated by Pat here at Orem Community Acupuncture for the last 3 years, I have a new place to treat my ailments, bring up my energy levels, and relax for 1 to 1.5 hours for a session. He does a great job of making you feel at ease and explains what he does and why. Many of the treatments, I discuss with him at length as I have massage training in acupressure and experience with different acupuncture treatments. I have also referred to the clinic many acquaintances, friends and family to receive treatment.
