I've been going to this salon for years. The fact that I've had to wait more than 30-45 minutes for my scheduled appointment on more than a few occasions, or the rudeness of the staff, hasn't deterred my loyalty, but this appointment took the cake! I thought it would be a fun experience for my 5 year old granddaughter to get her fingers and toes painted for her first day of Kindergarten. When we arrived I was told they didn't have time to do her fingers and just did her toes. I got my nails done, and left there bleeding in 7 out of 10 fingers. They charged me for a full pedicure (SHE'S FIVE!), and when we left my granddaughter told me there was a fingernail floating in the footbath.
