Finally came to Ototo. Wife & I for lunch on a Tuesday at noon. The service was excellent, server/cook sat us immediately & there was only 2 other people in the restaurant. Ambiance is super chill. Open kitchen, music was the right volume. Started with the Pork Buns. Fantastic!! Wife loved her Thai Tea & Spicy Miso. I was a bit underwhelmed with the Classic Tonkatsu. The egg was incredible, but overall the ramen was just pretty good. Coming from Southern California my expectations are too high. So for Wisconsin this ramen is definitely good, as good as Bowl 91.
