every time I approaching my driveway and then park my car I am so disgusted and disappointed in the work that was provided by Outback. The day they poured the concrete they said they had a bad batch however, did they take it up and replace it? No. So I have dark colors etched into the cement several chips and they did not tell me I needed a permit for the entry of the driveway so that area was not done so it looks incomplete. I would've been more than willing to wait for the permit to have it complete. they came out a few times and poured acid wash on the driveway, but it never really helped. My neighbor had her done the next day and has not been happy as well. We waited 20 years to have our driveway done and unfortunately, selected this company to do it. this is a four-year-old driveway now and I have been wanting to post this for a very long time and as I was standing at the driveway today, speaking to a neighbor, we discussed it and I thought I should still post this comment . read more
