It took me a very long time to make the decision to move forward with this project. I finally settled and decided to give my business to Outerwear for Windows after I have carefully screened through many proposals. Some are affordable and others are on the higher end of costs. Outerwear for Windows is in between. I really hesitated when they asked me to put down 50% of the purchase cost. I called a friend who works for AZ License Contractor to checkout their credentials and to my surprise, they never had a complaint against them. I also checked them out with BBB as well and they have pristine reputation. Mike Enesti is the owner who is very knowledgeable of the product and also very patient answering all my questions regarding the quality, installation and timeline. The installation team is also great to work with. They are flexible with delivery and installation time. Tom who oversees the installation process has a great team behind him. The installers are very nice, professional, attention to details, knowledgeable and skillful. They have enclosed my patio and did a fabulous job. I went from a doubtful prospect to a very happy customer. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a quality service on this type of home upgrade. read more
