I had an absolutely amazing experience from my first internet inquiry that was replied to within 15 minutes. I sent my inquiry for a custom, reclining bowpad and Gisele was a pleasure to deal with from the onset. She laid out the options for me, pricing, pros and cons of each and did so with honesty which allowed me to build a fairly quick sense of trust, which is unusual for me. Over the next couple of days there was alot of timely replies to inquiries I had surrounding custom measurements I was taking (no template to go by) and add ons such as velcro straps to fasten to my bow rails when in position as well as a custom sunbrella cover for when it wasn't in use. After we agreed on the design, size, layout and headrest adjustments we came to a final price with very little to question as the estimate on the site was spot on. The next part is where I became a lifelong fan and customer. I told Gisele I was leaving for a 2 week boat trip and was hoping I could receive it before I left. Mind you this required her having it final designed, manufactured, boxed and to the shipping company within 3 days so I could get it on time given the shipping duration from the freight company. Gisele didn't make any promises, as any good business owner wouldn't have, given any unforseen issues that could have surfaced. Needless to say the bow pad arrived on time and was absolutely perfect.
