You can find ribbon and ruffles by the spool in just about any pastel or happy/bright color here. No dark themed stuff or over-the-hill party supplies here! Yes to balloons, tissue paper, table clothes, plates/napkins, and LOTS of stuff to make your own wedding table decorations. This is a really fun store and the prices are reasonable.
