My first Paint Nite and definitely not the last. I purchased two reserved seats as birthday treat for my daughter, actually for the two of us as my birthday was a day after her. We picked a day before her birthday and the event for that night was held in K Pacho New Hyde Park. It was a fun filled night. No expectation from myself but oh my gosh, can't believe for my final painting. Everyone in the room was probably so proud of themselves with their own masterpiece. Our instructor was detailed in her instruction. She has a sample on the floor and give us a step by step instruction while doing it at same time with us. It's entirely up to us to drink and paint , which I believe is what they are selling here because it is more enjoyable doing it while taking a sip of our favorite drinks. She gave us 10 min break in between to dry the first part of our project and for us to grab a bite of something if we want to. They were right, you don't have to be experienced. Just listen to the instruction and follow what's your mind and heart and let your hands freely do it. The supplies are provided as well as the smock . If you pick your event, choose what's convenient with you in terms of level of art, venue and date. Their website gives 35% discount and the price includes one drink.
