One of my favorite local food trucks! Their empanadas are my absolute favorite! I love that they do a "special flavor" empanada each week on top of their normal selection! This truck is run by a wife and husband team and they are the nicest people! I love that they travel around to different breweries but also have a consistent location in Smithfield.
