The most simple concepts might be the best. Pick your bread, meat, cheese and accompaniments and move on. Did I just describe subway...sorry. But this is the most delicious and purist version of each step. On top of that, it's located right next to the Duomo. The staff was great and even offered me if I wanted to try a certain cheese that I wasn't familiar with. Anyway, this is going to be your top 10 sandwiches of all time and it's centrally located with great staff. May have to stand in line but it's worth it. read more
