Went in & ordered an iced white chocolate mocha. While at work, I noticed something in my straw. Doesn't look like coffee grounds or a coffee filter.....it literally looks like small clumps of hair/lint. Absolutely disgusting. Called the store & spoke with manager, Brittany, who didn't care & told me that "things happen" & that she'd comp me a drink for my next visit.
