I had a really frustrating experience with the service department. I first called and left a message explaining my concerns and never got a call back. I called again another time and actually spoke to someone, explained everything, and was told a service manager would call me. That also never happened. I then made an appointment online and clearly noted that I wanted a call back before coming in because I needed to understand whether this would be covered under warranty. No one contacted me. When I finally showed up for the appointment, I was told it would be $270 just for them to look at the car. When I said I didn't want to move forward unless it was under warranty, the interaction immediately felt cold and unhelpful. The lady that was helping me ,Annie, called over another lady Vivian, and both were not helpful. I was told I could ask the parts department instead. When we went over there, they scoffed and basically just looked the part up online. This whole situation could have been avoided with one simple phone call.
