Party Planet Superstore in Surprise is an absolute gem! This family-owned business is a must-visit if you've never been--they have an incredible selection for every kind of party you can imagine, and their prices are super reasonable. I went in for balloons and was blown away by the variety. The balloon artist who created my dad's mini grad display for his 65th birthday is truly talented--it was done the same day on short notice (even though they usually ask for 24 hours), and it turned out perfect. They delivered it to the restaurant and everything was flawless. It's been two weeks and the balloon display still looks brand new!
