Thank you SO much for your bakery! The quiche is outstanding. Buttery, flaky on the outside, creamy on the inside. And the desserts...my Mom and I were eating one of the chocolate chip cookies and thought it was the best we ever had. Cinnamon rolls are made fresh in the morning and they have items I have never seen: Cherry pie in a croissant. Creme Brulee in a croissant. I saw a harsh review about the service and availability. Um....I have only ever seen the Chef there. He makes everything by himself. He seems to run it by himself. It's hard to get help. Hours are on the website. There is also a phone number to make sure they are open. The world is lucky to have this talented Chef sharing the baked love. There are lots of things I am looking forward to trying there....like the croissant sandwiches. Try it if you are lucky enough to live close by. (insert many heart emojis here) read more
