Patchwork restaurant is located inside the Hotel's lobby. The hotel is OUTSTANDING. However, the restaurant server was not great by any means at all - he was slow in service, not welcoming, did not let us know their was a Happy Hour currently going on + did not even offer menus for drinks + dining. I would say it took me about 20 mins for to realize he was not going to offer us menus nor greet us. Server was at the bar + clearly saw us because I specifically made eye contact with him...We sat right across him; he was at the bar and we were facing the bar. Anyway, after not receiving menus or an acknowledgement I realized "I would have to call him over to place an order" He did not seem annoying when I spoke to him however he seem like he was in a rush even though during the time I ordered no one was there + he was extremely dismissive he was not patient in any way or willing to offer suggestions. Kindly keep in mind, at the moment when we arrived we were the only ones there ready to eat + dine. I would say about 30 mins after is finally when people started to trickle in. Food was super tasty + fresh ! Food + hotel made up for his (server at restaurant) lack of professionalism + service. read more
