Very rude and dishonest. Destroyed my brand new Burberry trench coat which he didn't clean and when I called he told me I was making up stories and that he's a cleaner and doesn't use an iron. All I said was my coat has a burn mark. He was prepared for my call. I only wore the coat once before I took it to him. I owned it for less than a month. Will be taking him to court!
