I had been dealing with a different roofing company for over a month telling me they would get it sold to insurance. Finally I called Patrick and he came over personally and evaluated my roof. Patrick came down from the roof and said, you have an old roof and yes it needs replaced however there is no hail damage or not enough to get insurance to pay for a new roof.
