Walking through the doors of Pause Coffee Lab is like walking into a whole different city. You forget you're in Gresham, Oregon and immediately feel like you're in a cozy coffee shop in a Lifetime movie. The vibe is hard to explain. It's chic and sophisticated with a mix of cozy and comfortable. You'll have to pop in and see what I mean. The staff is amazing. All three ladies were super friendly and gave me some recommendations on what I might like. This is an actual coffee shop, you aren't going to find frappes or enery drinks here. I landed on a dirty chai. Which is just a chai with espresso. It was absolutely perfect and the cold foam on top set it off. Also, they are locally owned.
