We've been waiting to try this restaurant since the beginning of the build out! The food and service did not disappoint! Chris was a fantastic ambassador guiding us through the experience.
We started with the smoked chicken wings. They were crispy and the ranch was amazing. This will be a must have for every visit!
Next we enjoyed the slow roasted beets. The combination of blood orange, fried goat cheese and the beet was wonderful. I do wish though that there was more orange and goat cheese.
For our entree we enjoyed the short rib, shiitake mushrooms and zaatar carrots. This truly was the perfect bite! The short rib is exceptional.
We closed out the dinner with valrhona chocolate and the butterscotch budino. Both were unique but the perfect finale to our meal.
