If I could leave this place ZERO or NEGATIVE stars I would!! I only went here because they were the only ones open and take walk ins. When the lady asked how I wanted his cut I told her just trim him up not super short then she suggested the summer cut (which I know is super short) and I said no that's too short and she said okay I'll take care of him. She also let me know if he was trouble there would be an extra fee. When I came back I was appalled with how they cut his hair not only was it NOT what I asked for they had told me I needed to hold him down to cut his nails which took three of us !!! I've never felt so bad for my baby until I picked him up from that place...and to top it all off I think he came back with fleas because he's never itched nor have I or my wife been itchy when he's in the bed however since he's come back from that place he's been itching and so have we there's bumps on us!! I will never ever send my pet here ever again I STRONGLY recommend to STAY AWAY !!! read more
