The PCC Community Markets in Bothell was large, well set-up and stocked on my visit to get some brunch this past Saturday, 4 February 2023. I arrived just before 10 a.m. and was uncertain if/what hot foods might be available. They had a selection of breakfast items, of which I went with the potatoes, tofu scramble, and the last packet of Beeler's bacon. There were a number of bakery items both from the in-house bakery and other health food brands. After perusing the PCC bakery items I decided to go with the vegan gingersnap cookie. My bill came to $11.95 pre-tax, which was a fair price especially with the hot food items. Everything I had was delicious, well seasoned, and the combination of items just hit the spot.
