What is wrong?!! Well firstly proper management from head office was lacking. They ran the franchise into the ground. Nice Canadian history but they got in too deep in Ontario by consuming TSC. Both great stores but packed on debt similar to the Fanny May disaster. Sad for the local franchise owner. Peavey was the only ones who had the niche items from chicken hatchlings to farm clothing and gardening. Bees wax, bread and cheese making items like Renet. What a great store. Had all kinds of things. Lots of great items and products for farms. Lots of stuff for around the home. All the staff were super friendly. Tons of parking. I'll definitely come back if somebody can re launch the store. One star for closing . read more
