Who else creates a designated city folder under Yelp Bookmarks prior to their visit? I know I do! So, I created my "Laughlin" bookmark & began searching for- Buffets, Comedy Shows, Billiards, Water Activities, Places to Shop, etc. And when I stumble upon Places to Shop- Laughlin Outlets is listed! This is when a tourist like myself digs in a bit more & searches for the shops at Laughlin Outlets. Pendleton!!! I did my research again & previewed Pendleton's website to check out prices- just to give me a comparison at the Outlet location. Even checked a third party store in Santa Ana, Ca. The Laughlin Outlet is truly amazing!!! I came to Shop for my 21 year old son (who didn't join us on this Laughlin trip)- and although I did call him to verify his size- I just really wanted to make sure my purchase here went smooth as possible. This is where Pendleton employees Deanna & Melani shined the brightest. I explained to both ladies my concerns- since we drove from San Diego. I wanted to see if there was a return policy (Yes! There is. Good til 60 Days from purchase- with tags on & original receipt). I was handed a business card w/ both of their names written on the back. They both mentioned if my son tries on the purchase when we arrive back in San Diego- I can also mail back the item(s) to Laughlin. I could also call them & do another phone purchase & they'd both be happy to send me photos via text to see what's available in his size. It just amazed me how Deanna & Melani made my visit here. They both took the time to explain to me the difference in Tall, Fitted, Cowboy styles. And obviously the cotton & wool selections. The prices here at the Outlet are amazing & you do save a good chunk of budget. NOT everything is discounted, mind you. But, Melani did mention this location has the biggest wool selection. There are blankets, throws, Women's Apparel, hats, socks, purses/ hand bags, wallets... to browse though. Colorful & quality merchandise!!! Thank you, Ladies!! read more
