I use to live in Pendleton Or, and I'd go to the Mill for work of art blankets, coats, blazers, and mill scraps to craft with.
Love the tour, the history!
The story of the Pendleton Woolen Mill begins in 1863 in Oregon, when Thomas Kay opened a pioneer woolen mill. In 1909, his grandsons bought a plant in Pendleton, Oregon, and started making bright, famous Indian trade blankets. Today, the family-owned company still crafts high-quality wool clothes and blankets.
