Went for service after my left-front (driver-side) tire had a small puncture. I was first told that they could not salvage my tire as there was a small nail found in my tire and due to my car being all-wheel drive that I needed to pay for all 4 tires which would have cost me $1,000. When I refused service and asked for other alternatives I was disrespected and mistreated by a pep boys servicemen who decided to talk under his breathe and tell me to get tf out. I simply left and went to Town Fair tire who removed the nail from my tire and patched the hole which cost me $13.24. Big difference then paying $1,000. Pep boys will scam you if you allow them too. Switch to Town Fair for any tire repairs. read more
