I went to swap a car battery, and they snuck a $10 charge for a calendar I never asked for. First they told me the total charge (but didn't break it down into an itemized charge), then I signed for it, and then they gave me the receipt with a calendar, saying "and here's a calendar", as if it was free. Then when I got home, I noticed on the receipt that they had charged me $10 for the calendar, and by then it was too late to go back, because they were closed. This is a really terrible business practice that needs to be called out. Shame on you, Pep Boys. read more
