I made my appt several weeks ago. I walked in today for my scheduled service at about 8 am (when they open) and the girl at the counter seemed very standoffish. All she said was I have to see if I have that. I am not sure what that meant. I booked my appt online weeks ago and even received a reminder about the appt. She came back a minute later and asked for my keys. I asked how long the service would take and she said an hour. I said ok, because I am going to need to wait for the car. There was one man waiting in the only seat available in their shop. I decided to go wait at Panera until the hour was up. I noticed they had texted a link for updates on the service status. It said approximate time ready 9:30 am. It was longer than the hour the assistant service manager had mentioned, but what could I do? At 9:30 I walked back over to see if the car was ready. The service manager seemed annoyed and said they've been working on your car and do you have somewhere to be or something? Originally she quoted an hour, I waited till 9:30 like the link suggested, so I didn't feel like I was rushing them. I reminded her she had said an hour and it had been an hour and a half so I was just checking. I noticed they did a free inspection too (which was nice but I didn't ask them to do that and that's probably why it took longer, and had I known I would have declined that). The girl disappeared into the back for at least 40 mins. The vibe I got was that she didn't want to be bothered with any questions about the car or updates on the service. I decided to sit on the only dusty chair and wait for an update or my car to be finished. The place was absolutely filthy I started to notice too.I noticed the link for updates about my service stopped working and it was never updated again. During this time I noticed another woman walk into the shop. She stood around with no one helping her for a good 10 mins. A man that worked there walked by her into the bathroom and didn't even ask if she needed help with anything. Finally she called their telephone number and that service manager came to the front to assist her. The vibe was that she was doing you a favor by acknowledging you. Finally I noticed my car was ready, when a man brought it up to the front of the store. The girl came back to the register to check me out. Didn't tell me an amount or anything I just inserted my card and she handed me an invoice and that was that. She didn't mention anything found in the free inspection they provided. This is poor customer service. What is the point of providing an inspection if you're not even going to discuss the findings with the customer? Confusing. When I got home I noticed that a bottle of the solution used to clean my headlights was JAMMED in my hood. I managed to get it out, and the entire bottle is full. I don't even think they used it on my car! This place is a total fail. By looking at it, it looks like they are about to go out of business. Someone needs to thoroughly inspect this place or hire a real manager to be present. Not some snooty girl who can't be bothered to look up from her cellphone or Stanley cup. Yikes! read more
