They also offer BBQ sauces and other sauces, all with the hot pepper theme. They offer free tastings. Grab a clean plastic sampling spoon and squirt sauce to your hearts intent or until you're choking, sweating (possibly swearing) and can't take anymore. I didn't see any crackers to soak up those hot pepper oils from your tongue. I walked out with a bottle of Kentucky Charred Chipotle Bourbon hot sauce.
