This place does it right. It's new. I'm not sure how new, but the "new" is still there. Concrete walk and seating areas that span from one field to another, a "no sunflower seeds" rule (I know, but it really does make for a cleaner looking complex), and unbelievably clean restrooms. A maintenance person on constant duty is one VERY big reason that BMAC is so comfortable. When we were there, she was seen several times, making her rounds with a broom and dustpan, on constant patrol. The staff is small town friendly and proud of what they have.
