Wow! SUPER happy with how well this car wash experience went. Used this for my Lexus RX330 and very happy with how well my vehicle was treated. Got a chance to meet the owner (Spencer) and it's really cool to see someone who's so dedicated and passionate about taking care of cars. I was able to chat with him about the types of products they use in the car wash and make sure there's nothing that could scratch my car. What I like about his approach is he's basically taking the same attitude they use when detailing cars, and giving that kind of philosophy to a drive-thru car wash. If you're coming for the first time, you'll want to approach from the right side (when facing the Exit), and drive past the vacuum stations. Then like a typical drive-thru car wash, you can just wait in your car until they ask what type of service you'd like. There are three levels: Basic, Super and Extreme. Basic is more of less just washing the dirt off your car, getting it clean. Super adds some protectants/polish, under-carriage wash so your car will stay a little cleaner longer. I tried the 'Extreme' wash which adds Polymers to help further protect and keep your car looking cleaner longer. They do have a punch-card you can pre-purchase so if you want to buy 5 car wash services up-front, you'll get the 6th one free. After going through the wash, Spencer took the time to give me some tips for getting the most out of the wash, checked out a bird poop stain I had so I could get his advice on what could be done. He's more than happy to give advice, share his knowledge, tell you what products he'd recommend. Just a real down-to-earth guy, that loves taking care of people's vehicles and it really shows.
