Don't let the plaza location fool you -- Peru Wok delivers big. Tucked into a plaza next to a cute coffee spot, this small Peruvian gem delivers way more than you'd expect with upscale decor, genuinely warm staff, and a menu that actually lives up to the hype. I came with my aunts and we did not hold back. We shared the ceviche pescado y camarones, Parihuela, Lomo Saltado, and Jalea -- every single dish came out hot, beautifully plated, and packed with flavor. Portions are generous and the ingredients are clearly the real thing. We ended with the mango cheesecake and chocolate layer cake, and even though they're not made in-house, they were the perfect sweet finish. Our server was attentive without being overbearing, and dishes came out as they were ready rather than all at once -- which kept everything fresh and at the right temp. We left absolutely stuffed, to-go boxes in hand, because leaving anything behind genuinely felt wrong. If you're looking for authentic Peruvian cuisine in Jupiter, Peru Wok is the real deal.
