There is no way to express how happy I am with this store. The front desk staff and groomers are fantastic. I have been bringing my dogs and numerous foster cats here since they opened a few years ago, and they have always treated me and my animals with love. Gloria and Dana are my pets groomers and my animals are always happy when I drop them off and when I pick them up. They are always so clean and the staff is in constant communication with me. One of my dogs is animal reactive, but they accommodate his needs and we schedule grooming days that will not interfere with other customers. After reading some of the negative reviews, I was really disappointed in what people were saying. The world doesn't revolve around you people. Mistakes and cancellations can happen in business, and in life. Get over yourselves! This place is great and you people should definitely use them for their pets needs. read more
