The WORST grooming experience!! They wouldn't disclose the groomers name, but the manager Sam did absolutely nothing to fix the situation for my dog. I even asked can I please email you pictures of my dog to see the damage that was done and she said no I don't need to see pictures. My dog was claimed to be aggressive they refused to continue to cut his hair. He had been there previously 2x with great review and haircuts! I even had proof of the report cards not once had My dog EVER been aggressive! I have had comments that he doesn't like the dryer and it takes longer to cut his hair since they air dry him and that's ok that's been communicated since the first day we took him there! NEVER ONE ISSUE. I went to pick up my dog to find he was completely shaved patchy his ears with bald spots, his ear hair soooo uneven my dog looks so bad!!! I get it hair grows back but this is ridiculous to say the least. And for the manager Sam to say " well we didn't charge you" it's not about the money it's about the patience and responsibility of caring for my dog. I believe my dog was mistreated hair pulling or clipper burn too close to his ear for him to show any type of aggression. Pictures to show!! read more
