If you like homestyle food then Pete's is for you. It's small and quaint with a touch of local Exeter appeal. Why would you go to a restaurant that's local and the owners don't live in the same town? Well Pete and his wife do!! Don't get me started on the food. If your looking to dine on a budget and get a lot of food this is it. Lots of big corporate places charge you a arm and a leg and give you food like it's short on supply. The food comes out fresh and flavorful. There isn't anything on the menu that I have yet to not like. And to top it all off the double chocolate cappuccino cake is a chocolate lovers heaven. My favorite is the peanut butter pie. If you love ice cream, the splits and sundaes are the size of mountains. I try to always finish of with dessert or even a ice cold milkshake, but sometimes it's hard with all the food on the plate.
