PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!!!!!!! ON May 4th I took my cat to get a regular bath & nail trim and was greeted by nice staff. I was so glad that I finally found a place close to me that I could take my baby to. We just moved to the area and her nails were already long so I said let's give it a chance, bad idea. As soon as they started I could tell they were being way too rough. Just by how they picked her up out of the carrier and placed her on the table. I felt so bad just sitting there,watching the process. They were pulling the back of her neck so hard that her eyes were almost building out. Once I brought her home she was acting completely different and terrified. Only later on when she had settled down cause of some treats and space that I gave her was I able to get close enough to see the full extent of what they did to her. They didn't just traumatize my cat, they butchered her. 2 of her nails were cut extremely short that they started to bleed. She was limping for days and was not her self for a week after. Please spare your loving pet from the mistake I made of coming here. I did get in contact with the manger and was delighted to here back as quick as I did but after confirming the incident I heard nothing back in regards to what further steps could have been taken and will be taken to prevent this from ever happening again.Even if the service was great, $65 for a simple bath and trim wasn't worth it.
