I brought in my 1 yr old mini golden doodle. She had longer hair and had minimal issues with knots. I dropped her off and they told me over FOUR hours! Than they said they'll rush. 2 hours later I get a call she's done. When I picked her up they raved about how amazing she was to groom. Next day I'm petting her and find that they CUT HER and never even mentioned it to me on pick up. I would have preferred the longer time than dealing with you cutting my dog and not even telling me about it. How do I do negative stars??? read more
