I will start positively.....after purchasing a sick baby female beta, and sick female zebra finch here, I was refunded due to their guarantee. Now, to the uncaring groomers! They refuse to take any suggestions! I have been told that they can never satisfy me, and my dogs didn't like their paws touched! I was told by the groomers and the manager, not to return to the grooming area, or even better, not to even return to the store. I (and anyone who has pet(s) have spent a lot of money in these locations, but if they are this uncaring, WHY would anyone want to return with (or for) their beloved pet(s)? read more
