The first two visits he was "such a good boy" but this time around I only wanted a trim and leave his fluff, which should only be 40$. This was his birthday cut so when I got the phone call that he was "nipping and biting" I was shocked because my puppy who is a year has never showed any aggression at all. When I picked him, he had matted clumps of hair and uneven hair because they simply didn't brush or attempt to give a proper hair cut. I was charged 90$ for her to simply blow him out and put his sanitary areas and paws with nails. I was outraged at the price and how my puppy looked for his first birthday.
